InsightCP – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing use of the InsightCP platform and related website (together, the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by PathwayAI Ltd.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy exists to ensure that all users:

use the Platform responsibly and lawfully

protect the integrity, security, and availability of the Platform

avoid harmful, abusive, or unlawful behaviour

preserve a safe and fair experience for all users

This Policy applies to all users, including individuals, organisations, administrators, and beta testers.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

A. Harm or Disrupt the Platform

disrupt, disable, or impair Platform operation

upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

bypass or attempt to bypass security controls

overload systems using automated scripts or excessive traffic

B. Access Data Unlawfully

access accounts or data that do not belong to you

attempt to retrieve confidential or restricted information

probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities

C. Misuse Platform Functionality

reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code

replicate dashboards, AI models, or proprietary logic

copy or reproduce designs, layouts, or visual elements

use the Platform to build or support competing products

D. Upload Harmful or Illegal Content

You must not upload, submit, or share content that is:

defamatory or misleading

sexually explicit

discriminatory or hateful

threatening, abusive, or harassing

infringing another party’s intellectual property

unlawful or in breach of regulatory requirements

E. Misrepresent Identity

impersonate another individual or organisation

provide false or misleading information

misrepresent affiliation, authority, or credentials

3. User Responsibilities

All users must:

keep login credentials confidential

ensure uploaded data belongs to them or is lawfully authorised

report suspected security issues promptly

use the Platform only for its intended purpose

comply with this Policy and all applicable laws

4. Content Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of content you upload, including:

skills and capability data

evidence and portfolio materials

reflections and notes

documents and attachments

By using the Platform, you grant PathwayAI Ltd permission to:

store and process your content

analyse it using AI-assisted techniques

generate capability insights and analytics

create anonymised or aggregated outputs for Platform improvement

We do not sell personal data.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

InsightCP uses AI-assisted processing to:

generate skill and capability insights

suggest learning pathways

map competencies against frameworks

support readiness and development assessments

AI outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete, or experimental.

Users must independently validate AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

The Platform must not be used to:

submit AI-generated outputs as formal accreditation evidence

present outputs as certified or official professional assessments

misrepresent AI-assisted insights as factual guarantees

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

We may:

monitor Platform usage to detect misuse or security risks

restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this Policy

remove unlawful or harmful content

report activity to relevant authorities where required by law

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

this Policy is breached

misuse or unlawful activity is suspected

an organisation requests account termination

beta testing or evaluation periods conclude

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
