InsightCP – Platform Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the InsightCP platform, including all tools, dashboards, services, and related functionality (the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Us
The Platform is operated by:

Registered in Scotland, United Kingdom
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean PathwayAI Ltd.
2. Description of the Platform
InsightCP is an AI-powered capability, skills, and workforce intelligence platform designed to:
map competencies against recognised professional frameworks
generate learning and development insights
support career development and progression
analyse workforce capability and skills gaps
provide dashboards and analytics
assist organisations with resource planning and talent management
The Platform may be offered in beta or testing phases, during which functionality may change.
3. Beta Testing Status (Important)
Where the Platform is provided in beta or testing mode, you acknowledge that:
the Platform is provided for evaluation purposes only
features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change
the Platform may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies
data outputs may not be final or fully representative
service availability is not guaranteed
features may be modified or removed without notice
Feedback provided during beta testing may be used to improve the Platform.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
To use the Platform, you must:
be at least 18 years old
have a valid email address
register an account (unless access is provided via your organisation)
provide accurate and up-to-date information
You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
preventing unauthorised access to your account
all activity carried out under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where misuse is suspected.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform
attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours
reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform
use automated scripts or scraping tools
upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
use the Platform for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
simulate excessive traffic or attempt denial-of-service activity
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
6. Data Use & Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Notice, which explains:
what data we collect
how data is processed and stored
retention periods
your rights under UK GDPR
During beta testing, data may be synthetic, anonymised, or deleted following the testing period.
Users must not upload:
personal data belonging to others without lawful consent
sensitive or regulated data unless expressly authorised
confidential organisational data unless permitted
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to:
software and systems
dashboards and models
algorithms and technical designs
branding and content
the Squidgy character
images and illustrations
are owned by PathwayAI Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for testing and evaluation.
You must not:
reproduce or distribute Platform components
resell or sublicense access
repurpose or commercialise the technology
integrate with competing products
create derivative works
8. User-Generated Content
Users may submit or upload:
skills and capability data
career information
evidence or portfolio materials
learning reflections
documents or attachments
feedback
You retain ownership of your content but grant us permission to:
store and process it
analyse it using AI to deliver Platform functionality
use anonymised insights to improve the Platform
We do not sell user data.
9. AI-Generated Outputs (Important)
The Platform uses AI to generate outputs including:
skill suggestions
learning recommendations
competency mappings
readiness assessments
workforce insights
AI outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete, or dependent on the quality of input data.
They must not be relied upon as:
formal assessments
guaranteed outcomes
compliance determinations
official accreditation or registration decisions
Users are responsible for validating AI-generated insights before acting on them.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted or error-free access
availability of all features
retention of beta or test data
The Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, security, or improvement purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”
we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from Platform use
we are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs
we are not liable for data loss during beta testing
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or matters that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
these Terms are breached
misuse is suspected
the testing period ends
a user requests account closure
Users may close their account at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
International users are responsible for compliance with local laws.
