InsightCP – Intellectual Property Statement

This Intellectual Property Statement explains the ownership of, and permitted use of, all intellectual property associated with the InsightCP website and platform (together, the “Platform”).

InsightCP is operated by PathwayAI Ltd.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in and to the following are owned exclusively by PathwayAI Ltd:

the InsightCP Platform and Website

dashboards, components, and interface designs

underlying software, data structures, and system logic

AI models, mappings, and algorithms

text, illustrations, icons, and visual assets

analytics outputs, graphs, and system-generated content

branding elements, trademarks, and logos

the Squidgy character and associated artwork

capability and framework mapping logic

custom feature modules, including:

Skills Mapping

AI Learning Pathways

Chartership Readiness Engine

All rights are reserved.

2. Licence to Use

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its outputs solely for personal or organisational development purposes.

Users must not:

copy, reproduce, or distribute the Platform

modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the system

extract, replicate, or reuse models, datasets, mappings, or algorithms

distribute Platform components to third parties

create derivative works based on Platform designs or features

use InsightCP intellectual property to develop competing products or services

3. Squidgy (Mascot) Intellectual Property

The Squidgy character, associated imagery, and all related digital representations are:

original creative works

owned exclusively by PathwayAI Ltd

protected by copyright and applicable design rights

Unauthorised use, reproduction, adaptation, or modification of Squidgy is strictly prohibited.

4. Frameworks, Standards & Mappings

InsightCP may reference or incorporate recognised professional frameworks, including but not limited to:

UK-SPEC

SFIA

CMI frameworks

CIPD professional maps

industry-recognised competency models

organisational or custom frameworks

Where external frameworks are referenced, PathwayAI Ltd retains ownership of all proprietary elements, including:

mapping logic

AI-derived insights

scoring mechanisms

readiness indicators and algorithms

user interface design

interpretation and presentation of capability relationships

These constitute proprietary intellectual effort and must not be copied, reused, or repurposed.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs, including recommendations, mappings, development suggestions, and readiness indicators:

are generated using proprietary systems and models

are protected as system-generated content

are provided for personal or organisational development use only

Users may download or store outputs for their own use but must not:

resell or commercially exploit them

publish them as their own intellectual work

claim ownership of proprietary logic or methodologies

use outputs to train external or third-party AI models

6. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including:

skills and capability data

evidence and portfolio materials

reflections and notes

uploaded documents (e.g. CVs, certificates)

By uploading content, users grant PathwayAI Ltd permission to:

store and process the content

analyse it using AI-assisted techniques

generate insights and analytical outputs derived from it

PathwayAI Ltd does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

7. Protection Measures

PathwayAI Ltd reserves the right to:

watermark, tag, or otherwise protect proprietary outputs

restrict or suspend access where misuse is detected

suspend accounts that violate intellectual property rules

pursue legal remedies where intellectual property rights are infringed

8. Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact:
